A touch of mineral reduction can be found on the markedly floral-inflected nose of white peach
firm and raspy finish
This is a wine coming into its own with plenty more energy still
There is outstanding delineation and intensity to the refined and pure medium-bodied flavors that are shaped by deceptively pliant tannins on the saline-inflected finish that seems to be constructed from liquid stone
Grosset, Polish Hill Riesling Vintage:2015 A touch of mineral reductionStony and mineral character here with a spicy, wet stone nose and a wealth of lime and light peach, as well as talcum powder. Chiseled palate with linear acidity and drive. Fresh, long and quite expressive already. Has the potential to improve in bottle as well. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
