Textbook Clos St
lush and almost rich
exotic tea and soft earth aromas
finishing long with expressive black truffles and sauteed herbs layers
Pierre Yves Colin Morey, Saint Aubin Combes other_regions Textbook Clos StThis is aromatically similar to the Crot but with the additional of background citrus nuances that can also be found on the solidly well concentrated flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality on the lemony, delicious and relatively dry finale. This is firm enough that while it could be enjoyed young, it should also be capable of repaying a few years of cellaring. 89 2020+
