Hoffman Specialty 401485 Water Vent R-22 High-Voltage Safety: Rated for 600V

High-Voltage Safety: Rated for 600V AC to meet stringent industrial electrical standards

Heavy-Duty Stability: Nickel-chromium coils and corrosion-resistant mounting plates prevent sag and premature failure under high-demand cycles

Installing a 120V element into a lower voltage system will result in inadequate heating and ignition failure

Failure to use the exact water column rating specified by the manufacturer can lead to nuisance trips or unsafe operating conditions

Hoffman Specialty 401485 Water Vent R-22 High-Voltage Safety: Rated for 600VThe Hoffman Specialty 401485, or Model 78 Water Main Vent Valve, is a high capacity automatic air vent designed for efficient air elimination in hydronic heating and cooling systems. Engineered for closed loop hydronic systems, this vent features a 3 4" NPT connection and is built to withstand a maximum pressure of 150 PSI. Its primary function is to purge air from water mains and large distribution lines, preventing air bound system issues that lead
