Benoit Ente Chassagne Montrachet Houilleres 2021 (1.5L) NO WINE SEARCHER to burnt sugarBenot Ente's signature style18 month aging in barrel and large wood without filtrationcreates an elegant, mineral driven Chardonnay of remarkable precision. The Houillres lieu dit in Chassagne Montrachet yields wines of structure and depth, and the 2021 vintage proved outstanding for white Burgundy. Complex, age worthy, and beautifully balanced in magnum for optimal evolution.
