This is sleekly muscled with a structured but balanced finish that is austere but impressively persistent
with some groundbreaking whites that could compete with the finest white Burgundies (I’d love to do a blind tasting one day) and the most amazing Malbecs you can think of
It is very similar to the bottle tasted blind at the Southwold tasting
there is even a route to admire these old works of art
Bergstrom, Sigrid Chardonnay Vintage:2021 This is sleekly muscled withThe 2021 Chardonnay Sigrid is bright and crystalline, offering scents of Meyer lemon, almonds, meringue and flint. The palate is surprisingly powerful! It explodes with concentrated apple and almond layers, while its firm, linear acidity provides tension. It has a very long, mouthwatering finish and will benefit from 2 3+ years in bottle.
