Philipponnat, La Remissonne Extra Brut Vintage:2009 The exceptionally rich and full-bodiedLa Remissonne is the new name of Philipponnat's Mareuil sur A cuve and is now sourced solely from a plot of land in the Clos des Goisses. With 67% Chardonnay, the bouquet offers sweet notes of honey, acacia and spices. The palate is very charming and superbly vinous, delicate and subtle. A Champagne full of precision and purity.
