Metaphore Here and Now: Pinot Noir & Cherry (750ml) 2025 L'Assemblage Part 2 From the producer: Our GenepyA genre defying creation from Mtaphore, a Czech microbrewery in Prague run by brewer Ji Sldek. This blends spontaneously fermented beer with hand picked organic sour cherries and Pinot Noir grapes, aged extensively in oak barrels. Aged in oak barrels, it occupies a fascinating space between beer and wine. For drinkers who appreciate natural wine, wild ales, or anything that refuses easy categorization.
