Domaine de la Combe’s fresh take on Melon de Bourgogne

Sancerre “Manoline” 2024 Good Intentions Wine Co The local Rosswag cooperativeA classic Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc built around purity and terroir. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks produces a precise minerality and and sharp fruit flavors, while a period of lees aging creates a slightly weighted body. The two handprints on the label represent the winemakers daughters, symbolizing the familys move from Paris to the Loire to begin their wine journey.
