Ragana 2024 Red Clay Fermented in stainless steel tanksA lightly sparkling white from the Monteodorisio Vineyard in Chieti, farmed organically on sandy clay loam and limestone soils. The grapes undergo native fermentation in stainless steel, with secondary fermentation in bottle for 23 months. Disgorged and topped up with a small addition of sulfur to preserve freshness.
