fresh and ripe nose speaks of red berry fruit liqueur

This is gorgeous

The 2000 has been consistently brilliant

rich and relatively forward flavors that possess a generous mid-palate though the vibrant and stony finish immediately tightens up

Michel Lafarge, Volnay other_regions_italy fresh and ripe nose speaksThis is even prettier aromatically speaking with elegant and relatively high toned aromas that speak of essence of red pinot fruit along with floral, earth and spice hints. There is a discreet hint of minerality to the medium bodied and notably restrained flavors that display a touch of austerity on the ultra pure, balanced and solidly complex finish. (87 90) 2017+
