Best known for cult Loire Sauvignon Blanc, the Dagueneaus also farm Les Jardins de Babylone, an amphitheater of Petit Manseng so striking it reminded Didier of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. The Sec version channels Petit Manseng's intensity into a dry, textured, mineral white with the estate's hallmark precision. Biodynamically farmed and made in tiny quantities. A rare look at dry
