Drink now through 2033
ending with a grippy edge
savoury mid palate
there is very good freshness and verve to the nicely delineated medium weight flavors that are also very dry and slightly austere
Olivier Merlin, Pouilly Fuisse Clos De France other_regions_australia Drink now through 2033(from Vergisson). More subtle wood toast is present on the moderately reduced nose so be sure to give this some air if youre tempted to try a bottle young. Otherwise, there is fine richness to the succulent and caressing middleweight flavors that also conclude in a citrusy and bone dry finish that is better balanced. Worth considering provided you can give it a few years of cellaring.
