Blooming Mountain Pét Nat Orange NV Clay and the result is seriousAn orange pet nat made from aromatic Greek varieties grown on eastern facing clay and loam soils at 140m elevation. White Muscat spends several days on cool skins before fermenting and aging in small amphoras for several months. The following year, Moschofilero must is added at bottling to restart fermentation. Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged, and bottled by hand with no added SO2.
