Fattoria Santa Vittoria, Vin Santo, Valdichiana, Italy, 375mL Size (ml):375 finish of chocolate & mintA lovely dance between Trebbiano (60%), Malvasia (20%), and Grechetto (20%) this dessert wine is so unbelievably delicious we almost find ourselves at a loss for words. This is the signature wine of Santa Vittoria. Jasmine, Oloroso and nut on the nose, caramel, honey and toffee flavours run deep and beautifully entwined through this wine. Delicious. Some bunches are hung from the ceiling to dry, others dry on ventilated trays. Botrytis is encouraged
