Maison de Montille, Puligny Montrachet Champ Gain Brut Zero It takes time to unfold

It takes time to unfold from youthful flint and crème brûlée aromas to deeper tones of baked quince

violet and plenty of sauvage and warm earth scents

all wrapped in a lingering and mildly austere finish

47 ha parcel of 65+ year old vines)

Maison de Montille, Puligny Montrachet Champ Gain Brut Zero It takes time to unfold(2016 will be the last vintage for this wine). An intensely floral suffused array displays additional notes of pear compote, tangerine peel and a hint of lavender. There is both more volume and also more refinement to the lightly mineral inflected medium bodied flavors that offer better depth and length. Note that this should be approachable on the younger side if thats your preference. (89 92) 2022+
