To say I was blown away would be an understatement
The palate is medium-bodied with ripe fleshy redcurrant and cranberry fruit that is underpinned by extremely fine tannins
A discreet application of wood surrounds airy
not unctuous but offers very good intensity and snap
Lignier Michelot, Morey Saint Denis Rue Vergy Rouge other_regions_italy To say I was blown(30% whole cluster). Here there is a menthol note sitting atop the slightly riper yet cool aromas of cassis, violet and plum. The palate impression of the medium bodied flavors isnt quite as concentrated but it is finer with really lovely delineation to the mineral inflected, balanced and lingering finish. Recommended.
