Now this is how you make a great Blanc de Blancs

Pousse d'Or, Puligny Montrachet Cailleret Size:6x750ml baking spice and wild herb(from a . 70 ha parcel; raised in 350 liter barrels). A gentle application of wood sets off the cool, pure and citrus inflected green apple, pear and wet stone nuances. The mineral driven and highly energetic medium bodied flavors possess solid mid palate volume before terminating in a firm and youthfully austere finale. This is quite good and possesses fine upside development potential. (91 93) 2025+
