Description

All but invisible wood sets off the very ripe nose of spiced plum and black raspberry along with hints of violet

Long and penetrating

The flavor profile is slightly finer than that of the more muscular Champans with excellent definition and verve if not quite the same mid-palate concentration

It's not as intense as the bigger vintages but is beautifully precise
