Chateau Fuisse, Pouilly Fuisse Clos Vintage:2021 The wonderfully refined medium-bodied flavors

The wonderfully refined medium-bodied flavors possess very good concentration as well as good length on the youthfully austere and slightly lean but not angular finish

a blend of 49% Cabernet Franc

This doesn’t offer the same power that the Grands Echézeaux does but this is finer and the length simply doesn’t quit

and a little more savoury

Chateau Fuisse, Pouilly Fuisse Clos Vintage:2021 The wonderfully refined medium-bodied flavors(from vines that face due east). Subtle if not imperceptible wood frames the floral scented nose of citrus, pear and a whiff of petrol character. The more refined and restrained flavors possess plenty of dry extract, indeed so much so that the sour sweet and stony finish is almost chewy. This powerful effort still manages to be relatively refined despite the chewy finish and overall, this is really quite good. 92 2025+
