The gorgeously textured and chiseled middle weight flavors seem to be built on a base of minerality
The mid-palate of the larger-scaled flavors is supple and not especially dense though the austere finale tightens up substantially

Jean-Jacques Confuron, Vosne Romanee Beaumonts other_regions The gorgeously textured and chiseled(most of Confurons holdings are on the Vosne side). An extravagantly spicy and subtly perfumed nose is comprised by notes of various dark berries and exotic Asian style tea. The rich but sleekly textured medium bodied flavors possess plenty of dry extract that buffers the moderately firm tannic spine on the minerally and powerful finish. This is a relatively big VRBM that is built to age.
