The tannins have more softeners and polish that I usually detect in their wine

Marc Sorrel, Hermitage Blanc Rocoules other_regions_australia Strikingly juicy and pure cabernetBright yellow. Perfumed aromas of poached pear, orange, toasted grains and honey develop hints of smoky minerals and pungent flowers. Smooth and expansive on the palate, offering pliant, concentrated orchard and pit fruit flavors and a touch of fennel that builds in the glass. Finishes long, weighty and smooth, offering very good clarity and emerging honey and floral notes. Josh Raynolds
