Evening Breeze Ruffle Collar Vest bto-easybreezy This refined T-shirt style featuresOur original Ruffle Collar Vest was a hit and you love our Evening Breeze Pants, so we put the vests style and the pants fabric together in this lightweight, crinkly vest. The whole vibe changes depending on how you style the collar: buttoned all the way up for a ruffled mock turtleneck look or unbuttoned and open with the collar laying flat. Thin wire in the neckline help it hold whatever style you choose. Features a deep back pleat and scoop pockets.
