85% Syrah 15% Merlot
produced over the centuries by Mt
Trascendente Mezcal, Joven Espadin Mezcal, Mexico, 700mL Valentine Mouth: Fresh and brioched mouthThe predominant aroma is citrusy, reminiscent of orange leaves, mandarin, herbal notes such as cedarleaves and lemon tea. Mezcal, which denotes the characteristic flavours of Maguey Espadn. In the mouth, minerality is present, its persistence is prolonged and its subtle smokiness makes it very pleasant. It is a fresh, balanced mezcal with a delicious acidity and organoleptic qualities that make it ideal as an aperitif.
