Septarian Calcite Spheres / 40mm AVG - 1 KILO LOT #3 These disks work perfectly asQuantity: 1 kilogram Average size range: 40 millimeters Septarian calcite formed when small marine animals died in volcanic eruptions millions of years ago. After eventually getting exposed to air these nodules dried out and cracked, and calcite deposits formed inside these cracks in distinct swirls and branching patterns.
