Kakishibu and Rust Dyed Placemats silk with small geometric patterns peekingDyed first with iron rust and then layered with persimmon tannins (kakishibu), creating deep, earthy tones and subtle variations. The surface reflects Keiko Murakamis wabi sabi approach, emphasizing natural materials, time, and process. The fabric will soften with repeated washing. Please note that some dye bleeding may occur.
