particularly on the superbly complex and highly persistent finish
crushed chalk and then a silky citric grip
The wine is subtle and harmonious
the nose is fantastically floral
Fourrier, Gevrey Chambertin Cherbaudes Vv Size:3x750ml particularly on the superbly complex(from . 67 ha parcel planted in 1940). This too is wonderfully complex with its layered aromas of black cherry, spice, floral, game and smoke hints. The flavor profile is at once lush yet precise with lovely purity to the lightly mineral inflected and subtly powerful finish that is beautifully well balanced and persistent. This is terrific and absolutely worth considering. (91 93) 2024+
