M VDF White 2022 Maestri The fruit comes from dry-farmedA clean, quietly expressive white made from organically farmed Melon de Bourgogne, harvested by hand and pressed directly. Fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in fiberglass tanks, then aged in the same vessels to preserve freshness and clarity. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites, the focus stays on texture, purity, and natural balance rather than overt aromatics.
