Maison Noir, "Knock on Wood" Chardonnay, Oregon, USA, 750mL Size (ml):750 Opening in the glassFrom local legend Andre Mack comes this sophisticated yet fun Chardonnay for all seasons: the achingly delicious 2021 Knock On Wood is Willamette 100% Chardonnay, all stainless steel and no malolactic fermentation. Procured from hillside vineyards in Yamhill Carlton AVA, reminiscent of the grand crus of Burgundy's Cote d'Or. A nice long cold soak and ferment almost two months results in a detailed, linear core of a wine with perfume of honeydew melon
