Wayne 23101-E Transformer 30067439-890 It means the control boardThe Wayne 23101 E Ignition Transformer is a heavy duty spark ignition component engineered for high pressure oil burners. Providing a reliable 10,000V secondary voltage output from a standard 120V AC supply, this 23mA constant duty transformer ensures a stable arc for consistent combustion cycles in residential and commercial heating units. The mid point ground configuration enhances electrical safety and circuit stability, reducing electromagnetic
